Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What are your shipping options and costs? We offer the following shipping methods within the US:

- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on orders that meet the qualifying amount. The free shipping option will appear automatically in your cart when eligible.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact us at support@panchachuli.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Are your wooden toys safe? Absolutely. All our toys meet US safety standards (ASTM, CPSIA). They are made from natural wood, finished with non-toxic, child-safe materials, and designed without small parts that pose choking hazards for the recommended age groups.
Are the toys suitable for specific ages? Yes. Each product page includes a recommended age range and detailed descriptions to help you choose the right toy for your child’s developmental stage.
Can I track my order? Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
